MWW Co-Chair
Sarah Lawler
With interests at the intersection of reproductive anxiety and climate anxiety, Sarah studies rhetorics of reproductive justice. In particular, she's interested in the iterative histories of eugenic practices to police reproductive bodies according to popular resonances in the U.S. through the twentieth century into today.. Perhaps to own detriment, Sarah is happiest when she's tailing at least three side quests—and MWW was, of course, a worthy side quest.

MWW Co-Chair
Kelsey Taylor Alexander
Kelsey is a fifth year PhD candidate specializing in rhetorical economies and social movement rhetoric. She is currently dissertating about the (in)famous work ethic and how it ebbs and flows through socio-economic changes, while also teaching undergraduates about labor movements and digital activism, with an attunement toward gender in each. When not on campus, you can find her playing in the rugged hills and deep ravines of Brown County with her partner and four fur babies.

MWW Co-Chair
Joe Vuletich
Broadly interested in the rhetoric of science and technology, Joe's dissertation focuses on how technologies employed before, during, and after childbirth shape our positionalities and perceptions of ourselves and others as witnesses. If you're ready for an earful, feel free to ask him about what he’s currently reading (or listening to) on Libby, his lowkey obsession with The Big Lebowski, or his love of hiking, biking, and camping with his wife and son.
