• 5:30 PM - Reception begins in the Indiana Memorial Union (IMU) Georgian Room with drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres

• 6:00 PM - Between drinks and hors d'oeuvres, attendees are encouraged to mix, mingle, and check in at the registration table during the social hour

• 7:00 PM - Roundtable session, featuring  rhetoric professors from Midwest institutions, commences
